Q: When will I receive my purchase?
A: Products are shipped using United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Customers living in the Seattle metro area usually receive their orders within 1-3 business days. Customers outside the Seattle metro area should receive their packages within 5 business days.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Customers residing outside the state of Washington do not have to pay sales tax. Residents of Washington State must pay sales tax at our local rate (currently 9.0%).
