Arrivals & Cancellations
For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork. Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you’d like to reschedule. Cancellation fees may be applied if giving less than 48 hours notice of cancellation.

Gift Certificates
Treatments and skin care products make lovely and memorable gifts. Gift certificates for any amount or service are available at our front desk. You can also customize a package of treatments or products as you wish.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash.


Return Policy
Westside Dermatology offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased. If you are not satisfied with any product you've purchased please send it back to us with a letter or email stating why you wish to return the product. You will receive a store credit for the cost of the returned merchandise.

 

Shipping Policy
Products purchased using www.westside-derm.com are shipped using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. A shipping & handling fee of $8 will be applied to all orders. Shipping charges are waived on orders $100 and over. Westside Dermatology is happy to accommodate any special shipping requests, however additional fees may be incurred.
